Small meeting rooms are available by the hour, with one hour minimum
Our larger spaces are available in half day increments
All prices quoted are ‘rack rate’ for non-members. Inquire about our ‘Friend of CraftWork’ membership which provides discounts on meeting rooms and day pass pricing, for a one time annual fee of $199!

The CraftWork “Closer”
THE CLOSER
A comfortable, daylit space designed for focused working, small meetings, or interviews.

The CraftWork “Vault“
THE VAULT
A unique space housed in a converted bank vault. Designed for board meetings, team discussions, private dinners and wine tasting.

The CraftWork “Dream Board“
THE DREAM BOARD
Our 130 SF white board. Available when the Urban Workshop is not in use. Can be booked for up to 2 hours, 48 hours in advance.
Capacity
Up to fifteen people in flexible furniture format.
Amentities
The Creative Nook includes a full wall sized whiteboard for brainstorming. Furniture can also be re-arranged to allow for flexible group discussions. Super fast Wi-Fi included.

The CraftWork “Urban Workshop“
The Urban Workshop
The Urban Workshop offers the perfect space for off-site team discussions, retreats, team building or training. Our largest conference room space means you have plenty of room for everyone. Can be combined with the Vault for an amazing off-site team event. Adjoining catering kitchen allows meals to be brought in to enjoy the best Healdsburg has to offer.
Outdoor patio provides natural light and break out space. Ask us about a post-meeting happy hour curated with one of our local wine partners!

Up to thirty people depending on layout.

MEETING ROOM CANCELLATION POLICY
Meeting rooms at CraftWork are limited, and when you cancel at the last minute, we lose the opportunity to re-rent the space. While we know ʻstuff happensʻ, the following describes our policy for cancellation of meetings over two hours in the Vault, Urban Workshop or Patio.
Cancellation up to 14 days of scheduled event – full refund less $100 administrative fee
Cancellation within 7 days of scheduled event – full CREDIT toward future event
Cancellation within 48 hours of event – no refund
