CRAFTWORK COMMUNITY CONNECTOR

As CraftWork’s Community Connector, you work your own schedule and hours, helping to drive new memberships, events and meetings to CraftWork - located in downtown Healdsburg.  

Your role is externally focused, building and maintaining relations with hotels, event planners, the wine industry and restaurants, as well as actively engaging with Chambers of Commerce, realtors and civic groups.  You seek to connect with Bay Area corporations that would find CraftWork’s location and offerings desirable for their retreats and offsites.  You will also work with event planners to introduce CraftWork as a venue for one-of-a-kind downtown cocktail parties and receptions.

You will also help us grow our CraftPartner program.  This includes identifying and helping nurture relationships with locally owned businesses whose values align with CraftWork, and where we can create more synergy while strengthening the locally owned business ecosystem.

Required skills

• Outgoing and engaging personality

• Strong event and meeting sales experience

• Existing relationships with relevant businesses in the North Bay

• Proven experience creating and maintaining local business networks

• Enjoy working in a start-up environment and helping to grow a business

• Self-starter that takes initiative and communicates well

• Professional presence with style and attention to detail

Bonus skills

• Backgrounds in hospitality and marketing

• Social media savvy

• Graphics proficiency - INDD, Canva
