The Fireplace Lounge

Our Fireplace Lounge is a welcoming and thoughtfully designed space, perfect for everything from lively networking events to birthday celebrations and book clubs. Anchored by a floor-to-ceiling fireplace, the room radiates warmth and character, while a coffee bar with an ice machine makes wine tastings or cocktails effortless. A mix of comfortable seating fosters connection, and 10’ sliding doors open to bring in fresh air, blending indoor and outdoor spaces. Whether hosting an event or celebrating a milestone, our lounge offers a space for memorable moments in the heart of Healdsburg. The space is generally open for use in the evenings after 5 PM and on weekends.

Comfy seating. Cozy fireplace. A Sonos sound system lets you set the mood with your own soundtrack. The versatile coffee bar and kitchenette can double as a serving bar or simply a spot for your bites and bottles.

$100 per hour, three-hour minimum, including set up and take down.

The Urban Workshop

The Urban Workshop is an excellent space for off-site team meetings, retreats, training sessions, workshops or team-building events. As our largest conference room, it offers plenty of space for your entire group and can be combined with the Vault for an off-site experience. An adjoining catering kitchen makes it easy to bring in meals and enjoy the very best of Healdsburg’s culinary offerings.

Natural light floods the room from the outdoor patio, which also provides a perfect breakout area. Ask us about curating a post-meeting happy hour with one of our local wine partners to make your event truly memorable.

Our full-venue buyout gives access to CraftWork’s inviting spaces - the Fireplace Lounge, The Vault, Urban Workshop, and multiple conference rooms - perfect for private events, company milestones, and celebrations. The Fireplace Lounge, with its floor-to-ceiling hearth, sets a warm tone, while the bar and 10” sliding doors create easy indoor-outdoor flow. Conference rooms and the Vault offer flexible breakout spaces, and the Urban Workshop adds open, creative energy. Together, the venue inspires connection, conversation, and memorable moments in the heart of Healdsburg.

A complete buy out of CraftWork provides the best of everything we have to offer! Fireplace lounge, two additional breakout or event rooms, our large workshop space and connected patio which is accessible for food trucks or caterer use. Our back kitchen area and refrigerator is great for food prep and plating, and the front bar for drink service. Plus large front screen and projector system for slide shows or videos, a portable JBL audio system and built in Sonos sound system - playlist compatible. Clear our central work space for a band and dance floor or special seated dinner for 50!. How you use it is up to you!

CW’s Back Yard

Enjoy the epic evenings and weekends of Healdsburg in your own, private, funkily cool urban garden located behind CraftWork.  Hidden off the street you will step into a world of urbane hipness made of perfectly matched found objects, industrial artifacts and the patinaed backdrop of a 90 year old machine shop.  Talk to us about our preferred vendors for craft cocktail bar, wood fired pizzas and other options who bring local foodie excellence to this one-of-a-kind event space.

Bistro tables and chairs, rustic bar; overhead Tivoli lights; cornhole/ mini patanque court; a variety of arrangements and seating options.  Make use of CraftWork’s kitchen to prep food service out of the way, or back in a food truck or mobile wood-fired pizza oven for an unforgettable event.

Pricing

$1000 per six hour event, including setup and teardown.  $200 each additional hour.
