CRAFTWORK CONCIERGE

As CraftWork’s Concierge, you are the face of our business - the coolest, most inspired shared workspace in Sonoma County.   You will work onsite in downtown Healdsburg M-F, typically 8-5, but there can be some flexibility based on your personal situation.

Your day will be anything but routine!  At times you will be providing tours and signing up new members or helping existing members get settled into their workspace.  You will help keep our workspace looking fresh and professional.  Fun parts include organizing and setting up afternoon happy hours or member lunches, managing our brand and presence on social media, and securing google reviews from visitors and members to keep our visibility and ratings high.

Day-to-day you will open the operation, set daily beverage, and snack service, work with planners and companies holding work sessions and retreats at CraftWork to ensure they have a great experience.  You may need to trouble shoot technology challenges that members encounter, and you will help ‘onboard’ new members introducing them to the culture of CraftWork while helping them get up and running with our proprietary apps.

You will be an integral part of the business team, helping us grow.  You will work directly with the partners and help shape the business bringing suggestions from your day-to-day experience.   You will be essential to helping us understand how we can run CraftWork better and grow for success.

To help you shine in this role, you will be provided the time needed and paid enrollment in Everything Coworking’s Community Manager School – an ongoing network of community of managers sharing lessons learned, tips for success.
